This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to services provided by RJS Dynamic Products LLC, operating under the Wekobo brand.
Wekobo provides Done-For-You digital publishing services, including research, book development, writing, editing, design, formatting, publishing setup, optimization, launch support, and related publishing management.
Because these services involve customized work created specifically for each Customer, refund eligibility is subject to the terms below.
1. Our Commitment to Customers
Wekobo is committed to providing customers with professionally prepared digital publishing assets and a structured Done-For-You publishing service.
Our goal is to ensure that the work delivered matches the agreed project scope and that legitimate issues are addressed promptly.
If something included in the purchased service needs to be corrected, revised, or adjusted, customers are encouraged to contact our team so that we can review and address the issue.
2. 30-Day Refund Period
Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, eligible Customers may request a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date, subject to this policy.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to:
A refund request should include:
- Full name
- Order or invoice number
- Purchase date
- Service purchased
- Reason for the refund request
- Description of any service-related issue
- Relevant supporting information
Submitting a request does not automatically mean that a refund will be approved.
Each request will be reviewed according to this policy and the specific circumstances of the purchase.
3. Customized Services
Wekobo services involve customized work such as:
- Niche research
- Book concepts
- Writing
- Editing
- Cover design
- Interior design
- Formatting
- Publishing setup
- Metadata
- Keywords
- Categories
- Publishing management
- Other digital publishing assets
Once substantial customized work has been performed, refund eligibility may be affected by the amount and nature of work already completed.
4. Refunds Are Not Based on Expected Income
Wekobo does not guarantee a particular level of sales, revenue, profit, royalties, rankings, downloads, or publishing income.
Therefore, a Customer will not automatically qualify for a refund because:
- A book does not generate the expected income
- Sales are lower than expected
- The Customer does not reach a revenue target
- A book receives fewer downloads
- A publishing platform does not rank the book as expected
- Advertising does not produce the expected results
- The Customer does not achieve profitability
- The Customer expected faster business growth
Commercial performance is affected by many factors outside Wekobo’s control.
5. Change of Mind
A refund will not ordinarily be provided solely because the Customer:
- Changes their mind
- Decides not to pursue digital publishing
- Chooses another business model
- No longer has time for the business
- Experiences a personal or financial change
- Decides to invest elsewhere
- No longer wants to continue with the project
- Expected a different business opportunity
However, Customers may still contact Wekobo regarding legitimate service concerns.
6. Service Quality and Corrective Work
If a Customer identifies an issue with work that was included in the purchased service, Wekobo will first have an opportunity to review and correct the issue.
Depending on the circumstances, corrective work may include:
- Content revisions
- Editing corrections
- Formatting corrections
- Cover revisions
- Interior design revisions
- Metadata adjustments
- Keyword adjustments
- Category adjustments
- Publishing corrections
- Re-submission of applicable materials
- Rebuilding affected sections
- Replacing affected deliverables
- Other reasonable corrective work
Our preference is to resolve legitimate service issues rather than immediately issue a refund.
7. Unlimited Revisions
Where unlimited revisions are included in the Customer’s package, Wekobo will not impose an arbitrary numerical limit on reasonable revision requests relating to the original project.
Revisions may include reasonable changes to the book, cover, interior, formatting, publishing assets, or other deliverables included in the purchased service.
Unlimited revisions do not include:
- An entirely new book
- An unrelated publishing project
- Additional books not included in the package
- A completely different business model
- Substantially expanded services
- Services not included in the original purchase
Such requests may require an additional fee.
8. Technical or Publishing Errors
If Wekobo makes a material error in a deliverable or publishing implementation that is reasonably attributable to our work, we will make reasonable efforts to correct it.
Examples may include:
- Formatting errors
- Incorrect file preparation
- Incorrect metadata implementation
- Incorrect publishing information entered by our team
- Design implementation errors
- Technical errors in supplied files
- Other errors directly attributable to Wekobo’s work
Where appropriate, we may correct or replace the affected deliverable.
9. Third-Party Publishing Platforms
Wekobo may publish or assist with publishing through third-party platforms.
Third-party platforms may reject, delay, restrict, remove, suspend, or modify content or accounts according to their own policies.
A third-party platform’s independent decision does not automatically qualify for a refund.
Where an issue is caused by an error in Wekobo’s work, we will investigate and provide reasonable corrective assistance where possible.
10. Publishing Approval Is Not Guaranteed
Wekobo can prepare books, listings, metadata, descriptions, categories, keywords, and other publishing assets according to applicable requirements.
However, Wekobo cannot guarantee that a third-party platform will:
- Approve a book
- Approve an account
- Accept a category
- Accept specific keywords
- Maintain a listing
- Maintain an account
- Rank a book
- Generate traffic
- Generate sales
Third-party platforms maintain independent control over these matters.
11. Project Delays
Where a project takes longer than expected because of:
- Customer delays
- Missing information
- Delayed approvals
- Account access issues
- Third-party platform delays
- Publishing reviews
- Platform outages
- Changes in publishing requirements
- Other circumstances outside Wekobo’s reasonable control
such delays do not automatically create a refund entitlement.
12. 25-Day Launch Timeline
Wekobo may advertise a target such as launching a first eBook in approximately 25 days.
This is a target based on the normal project workflow and assumes that required information, approvals, access, and cooperation are provided promptly.
The actual timeline may vary depending on the selected niche, project requirements, publishing platform, revisions, Customer approvals, and other factors.
A delay caused by a third-party publishing platform does not automatically constitute a failure by Wekobo.
13. Cancellation Before Work Begins
If a Customer requests cancellation shortly after purchase and before substantial customized work has begun, Wekobo may review the request for a possible refund.
Approval is subject to the circumstances of the purchase and whether work, research, planning, consultation, preparation, or other services have already been performed.
14. Cancellation After Work Has Begun
Once substantial customized work has begun, including research, content development, writing, design, formatting, publishing preparation, or other project work, cancellation may not qualify for a full refund.
Wekobo may consider the amount of work already completed when reviewing a cancellation request.
Where appropriate, Wekobo may offer an alternative solution such as:
- Completing the current deliverable
- Revising the existing work
- Adjusting the project scope
- Providing completed project assets
- Applying an appropriate partial refund where legally and commercially appropriate
15. Promotional Purchases
Promotional, discounted, introductory, limited-time, or special-price purchases remain subject to this policy.
A discounted price does not automatically create additional refund rights.
16. Third-Party Costs
Wekobo is not responsible for refunding third-party charges that were paid directly to independent providers unless required by applicable law or expressly agreed otherwise.
Examples may include:
- Publishing platform fees
- Marketplace fees
- Software subscriptions
- Advertising costs
- Payment processing fees
- Domain fees
- Other third-party business expenses
Customers should review the applicable terms of those providers.
17. Customer Cooperation
Customers must provide reasonable cooperation necessary to complete the service or resolve an issue.
This may include:
- Providing required information
- Providing account access
- Reviewing drafts
- Providing feedback
- Approving book concepts
- Approving publishing decisions
- Responding to communications
- Providing requested corrections or preferences
Failure to cooperate may delay or prevent completion of the service and may affect refund eligibility.
18. Refund Review Process
When Wekobo receives a refund request, we may review:
- Purchase date
- Service purchased
- Amount paid
- Work completed
- Project status
- Customer communications
- Revision history
- Publishing status
- Issues reported
- Attempts to resolve issues
- Whether the issue originated from Wekobo
- Whether a third party caused the issue
- Whether substantial customized work has already been completed
This process allows us to evaluate refund requests consistently.
19. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will generally be processed within 7–14 business days after approval.
The time required for funds to appear in the Customer’s account may vary depending on the payment processor, bank, card issuer, or payment method.
Refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method where reasonably possible.
20. Chargebacks
Customers are encouraged to contact Wekobo before initiating a chargeback so that legitimate concerns can be reviewed directly.
If a Customer initiates a chargeback, Wekobo may provide the applicable payment processor or financial institution with relevant records concerning:
- The transaction
- Terms accepted
- Services purchased
- Work completed
- Communications
- Deliverables
- Revision requests
- Refund requests
Wekobo reserves all rights and remedies available under applicable law.
21. No Guarantee of Business Results
Wekobo guarantees its commitment to performing the purchased services according to the applicable scope.
Wekobo does not guarantee:
- Specific sales
- Specific revenue
- Specific profit
- Specific royalties
- Specific monthly income
- Specific rankings
- Specific downloads
- Specific publishing approval
- Specific advertising performance
- Specific return on investment
Any examples shown in Wekobo marketing materials represent potential outcomes or individual experiences and are not guarantees.
22. Alternative Solutions
Where a refund request does not qualify under this policy, Wekobo may, at its discretion, offer an alternative solution.
This may include:
- Additional revisions
- Content corrections
- Design corrections
- Formatting corrections
- Publishing adjustments
- Re-submission
- Replacement deliverables
- Additional support
- Scope adjustments
- Other reasonable solutions
23. Customer Protection Commitment
Our goal is to ensure that Customers are not left with an incomplete or improperly delivered publishing asset because of an issue attributable to Wekobo.
Depending on the package purchased, Customers may receive:
30-Day Refund Review
Eligible refund requests may be submitted within 30 days.
Unlimited Revisions
Where included in the purchased package, reasonable revisions are provided without an arbitrary revision limit.
Free Corrections
Qualifying errors attributable to Wekobo will be corrected without an additional correction fee.
Publishing Support
Where publishing assistance is included, Wekobo will make reasonable efforts to address publishing-related issues within our control.
Replacement Deliverables
Where a material deliverable cannot reasonably be corrected, Wekobo may provide a replacement or rebuilt deliverable where appropriate.

26. Our Promise
Wekobo is built around a simple principle:

We are committed to researching, creating, designing, preparing, publishing, and managing your digital publishing assets according to the service you purchase.
If something within our responsibility needs to be corrected, we will work with you to resolve it.
At the same time, digital publishing is a real business opportunity with real commercial risk. We do not promise a specific income, revenue, number of sales, or level of profit.
Our commitment is to the quality and delivery of the services we control — not to guarantee a particular financial outcome.
