1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms,” “Terms and Conditions,” or “Agreement”) govern your use of the Wekobo website and your purchase, access, and use of services provided by Wekobo.
By accessing the Wekobo website, submitting an inquiry, scheduling a consultation, purchasing a service, submitting payment, signing a service agreement, electronically accepting an agreement, or otherwise engaging Wekobo for services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Wekobo provides ebook creation, content development, book design, formatting, publishing assistance, digital publishing support, and related services. The exact services provided to each customer may differ depending on the package purchased, applicable invoice, proposal, order, service agreement, consultation, or other written arrangement between the parties.
These Terms establish the general terms governing the relationship between Wekobo and its customers. Package-specific agreements may contain additional terms applicable to a particular customer, project, or service.
2. Company and Brand Identification
Wekobo is the brand under which RJS Dynamic Products LLC provides and operates its ebook creation and digital publishing-related services.
Throughout these Terms, the terms “Wekobo,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to RJS Dynamic Products LLC operating under the Wekobo brand, unless a specific written agreement expressly identifies a different legal entity.
The customer, purchaser, or user of Wekobo services is referred to as the “Customer,” “you,” or “your.”
These Terms apply to individuals and businesses purchasing or using Wekobo services.
3. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing or using any Wekobo service, you confirm that you have had an opportunity to review these Terms and understand the nature of the services being purchased.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not purchase or use Wekobo services.
Where you sign a separate Service Agreement, proposal, order form, or other written agreement, that agreement will be read together with these Terms. Customer-specific terms may supplement or, where expressly stated, modify these Terms.

The exact services provided to a Customer are determined by the package purchased and the terms communicated to and accepted by the Customer.
A service described generally on the Wekobo website does not automatically mean that the service is included in every package.
The Customer is responsible for reviewing the applicable package, invoice, proposal, or Service Agreement before purchasing.
5. Ebook Project Development
Where the Customer purchases an ebook creation or publishing package, Wekobo may provide services relating to the planning, creation, development, design, formatting, preparation, and publishing of the Customer’s ebook.

6. Project Requirements and Customer Cooperation
The Customer agrees to provide accurate and reasonably necessary information, preferences, instructions, approvals, reference materials, and other materials required for Wekobo to complete the project.
Depending on the project, Wekobo may request information relating to:
- Preferred topics or niches
- Target audience
- Writing style
- Tone and format
- Branding preferences
- Design preferences
- Reference materials
- Publishing preferences
- Account or platform information where necessary
- Other project requirements
The Customer understands that delays in providing required information, approvals, feedback, or access may affect the project timeline.
7. Customer-Provided Content and Materials
Where the Customer provides text, photographs, illustrations, logos, graphics, research, documents, trademarks, brand materials, or other content for use in an ebook or related project, the Customer represents that they have the necessary rights, permissions, licenses, and authority to provide and use such materials.
The Customer is responsible for ensuring that Customer-provided materials do not infringe the rights of third parties or violate applicable laws.
Wekobo is not responsible for claims arising from materials supplied by the Customer where the issue results from the Customer’s lack of rights, authorization, accuracy, or legal compliance.
8. Content Development and Research
Where Wekobo provides research, writing, editing, or content-development services, Wekobo will use reasonable efforts to prepare content according to the agreed project requirements.
Research and content are prepared for the purposes of the Customer’s project and should not automatically be interpreted as legal, medical, financial, investment, tax, professional, or other regulated advice.
The Customer is responsible for reviewing content where the subject matter involves specialized, regulated, technical, medical, financial, legal, or other areas requiring professional verification.
9. Publishing Assistance
Where publishing assistance is included, Wekobo may assist with preparing or submitting ebook materials to third-party publishing or distribution platforms.
Such platforms may include, depending on the Customer’s project:
- Amazon KDP
- Apple Books
- Kobo
- Google Play Books
- Gumroad
- Etsy
- Other ebook or digital distribution platforms
The specific publishing platforms used will depend on the applicable service package and project requirements.
Wekobo does not control third-party publishing platforms and cannot guarantee that a third party will approve, publish, distribute, promote, or continue hosting an ebook.
10. Third-Party Publishing Platforms
Publishing platforms operate independently from Wekobo and may establish their own:
- Account requirements
- Content policies
- Approval procedures
- Formatting requirements
- Royalties
- Fees
- Distribution policies
- Review processes
- Restrictions
- Suspension policies
- Termination policies
The Customer agrees to comply with the applicable terms and policies of any third-party platform used in connection with their project.
Wekobo is not responsible for delays, rejections, account restrictions, account suspensions, content removals, payment holds, changes in platform policies, or other actions taken independently by third-party platforms.
11. Publishing Approval Is Not Guaranteed
Wekobo may provide reasonable assistance with preparing an ebook for publication and, where included, assisting with the submission process.
However, Wekobo does not guarantee:
- Approval by a publishing platform
- Publication by a third-party platform
- A specific publication date
- Continued availability of a published ebook
- Placement in search results
- Rankings
- Reviews
- Downloads
- Sales
- Royalties
- Revenue
- Profit
- Advertising performance
Final decisions regarding publication and distribution remain with the applicable third-party platform.
12. Delivery Timeline
Where a specific delivery timeline is provided, the timeline generally begins after Wekobo has received the required payment, project information, approvals, materials, and other information necessary to begin the applicable work.
Customer delays may extend the delivery timeline.
Third-party delays, platform reviews, publishing approvals, technical issues, holidays, force majeure events, or other circumstances outside Wekobo’s reasonable control may also affect delivery or publication timelines.
13. Definition of Delivery
For purposes of these Terms, delivery generally means that the applicable project deliverables have been substantially completed in accordance with the agreed scope and have been made available to the Customer for review, approval, access, download, transfer, or publishing preparation.
A Customer’s failure to promptly review, respond to, approve, or access a completed deliverable does not automatically constitute a failure by Wekobo to deliver the applicable service.
Where third-party publishing is included, completion of Wekobo’s publishing assistance does not necessarily mean that the third-party platform has approved or published the ebook.
14. Revisions
Where revisions are included in the Customer’s package, Wekobo will provide reasonable revisions relating to the original scope of work.
Revisions may include reasonable changes to:
- Content
- Structure
- Formatting
- Design
- Colors
- Typography
- Cover design
- Layout
- Images
- Other included project elements
The purpose of revisions is to allow the Customer to refine the original deliverables and communicate reasonable preferences.
15. Unlimited Revisions
Where unlimited revisions are specifically included in a package, the Customer may request reasonable revisions to the original deliverables without an arbitrary fixed numerical limit.
Unlimited revisions do not mean that the Customer may continuously add entirely new books, new projects, substantially different topics, unrelated services, additional publishing projects, or major work outside the original scope.
Requests that materially expand the original project may be treated as additional services and may require a separate fee or agreement.
16. Customer Approval
Where Wekobo requests Customer approval for an ebook, cover, content, formatting, publishing information, or other deliverable, the Customer is responsible for reviewing the materials and communicating any requested changes within a reasonable period.
Once the Customer approves a deliverable, subsequent changes may be subject to the scope of the applicable package and may require additional work where the requested changes result from a change in direction rather than correction of an issue within the original scope.
17. Ebook Quality and Technical Corrections
Wekobo will use reasonable efforts to provide deliverables that substantially comply with the agreed project specifications.
If a technical or formatting issue is attributable to Wekobo’s work, Wekobo will make reasonable efforts to investigate and correct the issue.
Technical corrections are separate from requests to completely change the project concept, subject matter, writing direction, or original specifications.
18. Refund Policy
Wekobo maintains a separate Refund Policy that governs refund eligibility and customer protections.
The Refund Policy should be reviewed together with these Terms before purchasing services.
Because ebook creation and publishing services involve time, research, writing, design, preparation, and other work performed specifically for a Customer, refund eligibility may depend on the stage of the project, work already completed, deliverables provided, and the conditions contained in the applicable Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms creates an unconditional right to a refund.
19. No Refund for Change of Mind
Except where expressly provided under the applicable Refund Policy or required by applicable law, Wekobo does not provide refunds solely because a Customer changes their mind or no longer wishes to continue with the project.
Examples may include:
- Changing business plans
- Losing interest in the project
- Deciding to pursue another niche
- Deciding not to publish the ebook
- Personal circumstances
- Lack of available time
- Changes in financial circumstances
- Deciding not to continue with a digital publishing business
Wekobo remains committed to addressing legitimate service issues and providing applicable revisions and corrective work in accordance with the purchased service and applicable Refund Policy.
20. No Guarantee of Sales, Revenue, or Profit
The Customer expressly acknowledges that ebook publishing and digital publishing involve commercial uncertainty.
Wekobo does not guarantee any specific:
- Sales
- Revenue
- Profit
- Royalties
- Downloads
- Readers
- Reviews
- Rankings
- Publishing income
- Return on investment
- Advertising results
- Customer acquisition
- Monthly income
- Long-term income
Any examples, projections, testimonials, case studies, revenue figures, earnings examples, or business scenarios presented by Wekobo are illustrative and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of future results.
Actual results vary significantly between individuals, niches, markets, publishing platforms, content quality, marketing efforts, pricing, competition, demand, and numerous other factors.
21. No Guarantee of Passive Income
Wekobo may describe ebook publishing as a potential digital asset or business opportunity.
However, Wekobo does not guarantee that an ebook will generate passive income or recurring income.
An ebook may require ongoing marketing, optimization, promotion, updates, audience development, or other business activity.
The Customer understands that purchasing an ebook creation or publishing service does not guarantee that the Customer will generate income.
22. Customer Business Responsibility
The Customer remains responsible for making independent decisions regarding their digital publishing business, including:
- Ebook topics
- Niches
- Pricing
- Publishing platforms
- Marketing
- Advertising
- Promotion
- Business expenses
- Tax obligations
- Legal compliance
- Business registration
- Distribution strategy
Wekobo may provide recommendations or assistance, but such recommendations do not transfer the Customer’s business responsibilities to Wekobo.
23. Intellectual Property
Subject to full payment of applicable fees and the terms of the applicable Service Agreement, the Customer will receive the rights to the custom deliverables specifically created for the Customer as part of the purchased service, subject to any third-party materials or licenses incorporated into those deliverables.
The Customer may use, publish, distribute, modify, or otherwise utilize the delivered ebook materials for their intended business purposes, subject to applicable third-party licenses and platform requirements.
24. Third-Party Materials
Some projects may contain third-party materials, including stock images, fonts, software, templates, publishing-platform assets, licensed graphics, or other third-party resources.
Such materials remain subject to their respective ownership and licensing terms.
Wekobo does not transfer ownership of third-party materials that it does not own.
The Customer agrees to comply with applicable third-party licensing restrictions.
25. Ownership of Wekobo’s Pre-Existing Materials
Wekobo retains ownership of its pre-existing systems, processes, templates, workflows, internal methodologies, proprietary resources, business materials, tools, software, and other materials that were developed independently of the Customer’s project.
Purchasing an ebook service does not transfer ownership of Wekobo’s internal systems or proprietary processes to the Customer.
26. Artificial Intelligence and Third-Party Tools
Wekobo may use technology, software, automation tools, artificial intelligence tools, research tools, design software, editing software, or other third-party technologies as part of its production workflow where appropriate.
The use of such tools does not change Wekobo’s obligation to provide the services included in the applicable package.
Where third-party tools are used, their availability, functionality, policies, and terms may change independently of Wekobo.
27. Originality and Third-Party Rights
Wekobo will use reasonable efforts to create or prepare project materials in accordance with the agreed scope.
The Customer is responsible for any materials, claims, references, trademarks, copyrighted content, images, or other information supplied by the Customer.
The Customer should not request Wekobo to reproduce or use copyrighted or proprietary material without appropriate authorization.
28. Publishing Accounts
Where an ebook is published through an account belonging to the Customer, the Customer remains responsible for maintaining ownership and security of that account.
The Customer is responsible for complying with the applicable publishing platform’s terms and maintaining accurate account information.
Wekobo may request temporary access or authorization where necessary to provide agreed publishing assistance.
29. Account Restrictions and Platform Decisions
Wekobo is not responsible for independent actions taken by Amazon, Apple, Kobo, Google, Etsy, Gumroad, or any other publishing, ecommerce, advertising, payment, or distribution platform.
If a platform rejects, suspends, restricts, removes, or otherwise affects an ebook or account, Wekobo may provide reasonable assistance where such assistance falls within the purchased service.
However, Wekobo cannot guarantee reinstatement, approval, restoration of access, publication, distribution, or reversal of a third-party decision.
30. Marketing and Promotional Services
Where marketing, advertising, promotional, or optimization services are included in a Customer’s package, Wekobo will provide the specific services described in the applicable package or agreement.
Marketing services may include promotional strategy, listing optimization, creative preparation, campaign assistance, or other activities expressly included in the purchased service.
Marketing and advertising performance cannot be guaranteed.
31. Advertising and Marketing Performance
Where Wekobo provides advertising or marketing assistance, the Customer acknowledges that performance may be affected by factors outside Wekobo’s control.

- Advertising costs
- Platform algorithms
- Audience behavior
- Seasonality
- Economic conditions
- Publishing platform policies
- Customer reviews
- Product or ebook quality
- Pricing
- Marketing budget
- Changes in advertising platforms
Wekobo does not guarantee a specific return on advertising spend, sales volume, conversion rate, revenue, or profit.
32. Payment Terms
Payment terms may vary depending on the package purchased.
The applicable invoice, proposal, order, checkout page, or Service Agreement will determine the amount payable, payment schedule, deposit requirements, balance requirements, and other applicable payment conditions.
The Customer is responsible for paying all amounts due in accordance with the applicable payment terms.

This may include requirements concerning:
- Copyright
- Trademarks

- Product claims
- Medical or health claims
- Financial claims

Wekobo does not provide legal or regulatory advice unless expressly agreed in writing.
36. Specialized Content Disclaimer
Where an ebook concerns health, wellness, relationships, finance, investing, legal matters, medical subjects, mental health, nutrition, or another specialized subject, the Customer understands that the resulting content should not automatically be treated as professional advice.
Where appropriate, the Customer should obtain independent review from a qualified professional before publishing or distributing specialized content.

Confidential information may include:

Marketing content, examples, testimonials, projections, and illustrations should not be interpreted as guaranteed outcomes.
40. Testimonials and Examples
Wekobo may display testimonials, case studies, examples, screenshots, revenue figures, project examples, or other forms of social proof.
Such materials are provided for illustrative and informational purposes.
Individual results vary, and no testimonial or example should be interpreted as a representation that another Customer will achieve the same or similar results.
41. No Professional Advice
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, information provided by Wekobo through its website, consultations, communications, marketing materials, or educational materials does not constitute legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, medical, or other regulated professional advice.
Customers should obtain independent professional advice where appropriate.
42. No Partnership or Agency
Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, employment relationship, fiduciary relationship, joint venture, or agency relationship between Wekobo and the Customer.
The Customer operates an independent business and remains responsible for their own business decisions, obligations, legal compliance, taxes, content, publishing activities, and customers.
43. Electronic Communications
The Customer agrees that Wekobo may communicate electronically through email, consultation platforms, project management systems, customer support channels, or other designated communication methods.
Electronic communications may constitute valid notices where appropriate.

The collection and handling of personal information is governed by Wekobo’s Privacy Policy, which should be reviewed separately.

The Customer authorizes Wekobo to access and use applicable accounts only to the extent reasonably necessary to provide the purchased services.
Customers should not provide unnecessary passwords, payment credentials, or other sensitive information through insecure communication channels.

Termination does not automatically create a right to a refund.
Any refund entitlement will be determined under the applicable Refund Policy and Service Agreement.
Payment obligations that accrued before termination remain payable.
52. Effect of Termination
Upon termination of the Customer relationship, provisions relating to payment obligations, confidentiality, intellectual property, indemnification, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, governing law, and other provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
53. No Waiver
A failure by Wekobo to immediately enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of Wekobo’s right to enforce that provision in the future.
Any waiver must be expressly provided.
54. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be modified or limited to the minimum extent necessary where legally permissible.
The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

The most current version may be published on the Wekobo website.
Changes will generally apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law or applicable agreement.

Customers should first contact Wekobo at support@wekobo.com and provide sufficient information concerning the issue so that Wekobo has a reasonable opportunity to review the matter.
The parties may review the applicable agreement, project records, communications, payment records, deliverables, and other relevant information in an effort to resolve the dispute.
